Help is Available - There are vast amounts of resources, ideas and relationships within our communities which, if shared together and used wisely, could bring hope and healing to our neighborhoods. Below, you'll find a number of organizations, agencies, churches, businesses and individuals who want to share their skills, time and resources with you so that together, we may build healthy, vibrant communities.
